Graduate Quantity Surveyor

As a graduate, we will support you to develop knowledge and experience in the following areas:

• Quantification of construction works and activities
• Cost estimating
• Cost planning
• Value engineering
• Procurement
• Tendering
• Post-contract cost control
• Administration of different forms of construction contract

 For this graduate position, we would like to speak to candidates with the following qualities:

• Clear and effective communication skills – both oral and written
• Methodical way of thinking and approach to work
• Good organisation, problem solving and negotiating skills
• Financial and numeracy management skills
• Sound ICT skills, with a high level of proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Qualifications and Desirable Skills

• BSc – Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management Minimum 2.1
• Holder of a full clean UK driving licence as you will need to be able to drive to construction sites
• CSR card
